It is Mehrunisa’s Birthday and both her kids are busy with their spouses.
It is Mahir’s Birthday also. His parents didn’t even call him. He calls his friend. He gets a little emotional as he is alone on a hospital bed.
Durdana Phopho tells Ibtisam to take Mehrunisa for outing and celebrate her birthday.
Mehrunisa gets ready and leaves. She buys a cake and goes to the hospital to celebrate her birthday with Mahir.
By mistake, Narmeen comes to Mahir’s room. Mehrunisa and Narmeen comes face to face.
Mehrunisa, celebrates her birthday with Mahir. After they cut the cake, Mahir propose her for marriage, she gets angry and leaves.
Later that day Ibtisam invites Mehrunisa for dinner. He wishes her birthday. And then he also propose her for marriage. She couldn’t reject him then and there but she took some time to think.
My take
Brilliant acting by Bilal Abbas. He is king of emotions. The way he changes his expression is just mind-blowing.
A huge shout out to Danish Nawaz for bringing this intense topic with such a subtle tone.
