Story Review
The episode started, Aba mia recalling the conversation he had with Mehran’s mother. He got hurt because of her. She indirectly taunt Meherbano about her marital status.
Noor is dancing and singing around the house, she was excited for the upcoming wedding of Sara. She said to her khala, Meherbano in excitement that forget about Murad Ali, think about Mehran bhai. Hearing the name Murad Ali, Meherbano had a flashback of her Nikah ceremony. Her husband name was Murad Ali, character played by Ahsan Khan. Her Nikah ceremony was a big event. She only had a few minutes conversation with him after Nikah.
The next scene, Murad is having dinner with his friends, he wanted an idea for big money generation. He asked his friends how can he hit the jackpot. They all laughed.
Mehran brought kajrey for his sister for the mehndi function. He bought a pair for Meherbano as well. He gave it to Noor. She handed over to Meherbano but didn’t tell her that who brought them. Meherbano happily wesrs them and went to the mehndi. Sara’s Mehndi scene, Meherbano and Noor enjoying the function. Where Meherbano over heard the conversation of Mehran’s mother with some random lady, about her. That she is so ill fated that neither married nor a widow. Upon hearing this Meherbano left the mehndi function. Mehran followed her. She went back and was upset. Mehran came behind her. she asked him to leave and attend his guests. It is her life and she knows how to handle it. He insisted that he wants to make her happy. Suddenly Mehran’s mother came there. She insulted Meherbano. And took her son along. When Noor returned from the function she asked her khala that why she left early. She didn’t reply, infact scolded her for nothing.
Murad’s office scene, there came a man for recovery. He was a bit rude to Murad while asking for his money back. Scenario is being created as Murad is in debt, and needs a big amount of money to get out of the crisis.
Mehran’s mother meet Abba mia, she’s been rude to him, and told him that ask your daughter to stay away from Mehran. I want him to marry a nice girl. And you also should take a decision about Meherbano. She is getting old.
Abba mia got hurt. He prayed in Masjid that, Ya Allah you know my intentions, i wanted to save atif and afiya’s marriage that is why I married Meherbano with Murad. but if I made a mistake please forgive me. Daughters are your blessings. My daughter is virtuous. Please protect her. You honor whom You will and You Humiliate whom You will. I forgive them who hurt me and I leave every decision on You. You are the best judge. And I have no one except you. Have mercy. Ameen.
When he was going home from the mosque he met Mehran. He apologized on behalf of his mother and he told him that he wants to marry Meherbano.
My Take
This drama has a slow pace. The irrelevant characters are getting more than enough screen time. There has to be more of the Mawra and Ahsan scenes to hook the audience. Zaviyar is new. He has not given much to his character. His screen presence is good. But he is not leaving any impact.
New Entry
Khushhal Khan. He is the new entry with a single scene. He is sleeping on a bench dreaming about heavy bike race, than Murad’s servant throws a bucket of water over him to wake him up.
