Story review
The episode started with Parizaad entering the university in which he got admission through scholarship. He accidentally bumped into Lubna(Mashal Khan). She looked at him in displeased, and said, “kahan kahan se ajatey hein”. Parizaad was already trying to build his confidence, but this encounter shattered it. He then meet the Head of his department, who appreciates him and his work for Urdu poetry. Which gives him a boost. Whereas Lubna is doing a play with her friends in urdu, she needed an impactful ending. She saw Parizaad recites an amazing poem in the class. After the class she searched him and told him that she needs a poem for the ending of the play. Parizaad was a little reluctant in making her friend but she appreciated his work so much that he becomes a little comfortable.
Saeeda is getting pressure from her in laws to ask for some financial help from her brothers. Her mother in law tease her from not getting any support from her maika.
Parizaad wrote a beautiful poem for Lubna’s play. The play went successful. She won the first prize. She throws a party and invite Parizaad. He refused at first but she insisted.
Saeeda invited her brothers at her home and discuss the matter with them. She asked them that my husband needs some money to start his business again. He will return the amount when he will start making profit. Brothers, Asghar and Akbar, said that this is not the way, your in laws can not pressurize you to ask for money from us. On the other hand Bhabhis at home discuss that she doesn’t know about her share in property, so keep it as a secret.
Parizaad went to Lubna’s home for the party. He was a misfit in the gathering but Lubna treated him warmly. Lubna’s mother gets annoyed with his appearance and Lubna giving him importance. In the party, Lubna introduce him to a man named Noman who seems interested in Lubna. To impress her he recites a verse. Lubna introduce Parizaad to him and appreciates his poetry in front of him. Later Noman sits with Parizaad, and told him that he wants to publish a book by his name. He can give him money so he writes poetry under his name. It can be a deal. But Parizaad refused that he wont sell his art. Next morning Lubna’s mother told her that she didn’t liked her friend Prizaad. But Lubna got upset and said he is a good friend of mine.
Parizaad went to meet her sister. He heard she and her husband fighting over money. Husband was teasing her that her brothers are of no help. They both saw Parizaad and stopped. Her husband left immediately, leaving brother and sister in pain. They both looked each other helplessly but with love. Episode ends.
My take
It is a must watch drama. There is no reason one should miss it. It has all the elements for a masterpiece. The story telling is amazing. One after other characters enter,perform and leave. The Parizaad is main and it remained. The direction has some real charms. The whole attire and body language of Parizaad is performing.

Mashal Khan as Lubna. She belongs to upper class society. She is sensitive and easy going. Friendly in nature and a perfectionist. She moved to Islamabad from somewhere else. She lives with her mother.
